• Your Payment Details such as Bank Account Information, Digital Wallet Information, Card Payments, Personal Identification Information ( Citizenship, Passport or Others ) while accessing our Monetization and Payment Feature
• User Generated Contents like Comments, Photos, Videos, Contents Submitted through Postaam Gigs that you choose to create or upload to the Platform.Information you share through our Services such as Affiliations, Postaam Gigs, Auto Ads, Professional Service Providers, Campaigns, Your Bookings and Orders Information such as your Gender, Age, and Preference, regarding your interest in Product and Services, User Generated Contents ETC. through your Engagement.Social Media and Login Services
• If you choose to link up or sign up using third party social networks, we may collect information from these services.
• we may also collect information about you from third party services/ platform, such as Customer Service Inquiry, Advertising Partners, Data Providers, Analytics Providers and any other publicly available sources

SYSTEM GENERATED INFORMATION:

Postaam Collects certain information from you when you use the platform, including IP address, Geo-Location Data, Search History, Cookies and information through your behavioral engagement in the platform. Other information we collect are:

• Your uploaded contents, comments, Likes, Shares, Messages, Postaam Gigs Application, Tags, Search, Engagement in Products and Services.
• Your behavioral activities while using our services from multiple devices, location.
• Through your uploaded contents ( Photos, Videos, Audios ETC.) We Collect Information such as Objects, Places, Locations, Features of an Individual, Nature of Audios, Videos and Photos, Text; to enable contents moderation, Demography Classification, for content and Ad Recommendation. We may also use these data for our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

As Explained Below. We use your information to improve, support and administer the Platform. To allow you to use its functionalities, and too fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service. We may also use your Information to, among other things, show you Suggestions, promote the Platform, and Customize, your ad Experience. We generally use the information we collect:

• To fulfill Postaam needs for operation such as: Data Analysis, Research, Trouble Shooting, and Statistical.

• To use user generated contents as part of our advertising and Marketing Contents to promote the platform.
• To understand how you use platform, major and understand effectiveness of advertising.
• To help us detect abuse, violence, fraud, spam, illegal activities, pornographic, harassment, drugs, body shaming ETC. so as to enforce our Terms Conditions and Policies.
• To facilitate sales, promotion and purchases of goods and services and to provide user support.

In order to provide best experience and services we offer through our platform. We might share your information for some legal reasons under court orders, law enforcement requests, to protect right and interest of Postaam.

In case you access the third-party services such as Facebook, instagram etc to login or share about your usage on the platform, these third party services may be able to collect information about you including information on your activity on the platform.

YOUR RIGHTS:

You can request to access or delete all the information we collect from you by sending your request to us by E-Mail, authorized agent or from official address of Postaam.

SECURITY AND STORAGE:

We are working hard to make sure we protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access and destruction. Even with our efforts we cannot guarantee 100% security on your data. Please Note that information collected by third parties may not have same security protection as information you submit to us and we are not responsible for protecting security of such information. Postaam may transmit your data to servers and data centers for storage or processing, data security of such third parties depends on these parties itself.

CHILDREN OR UNDERAGE POLICY:

The privacy of users under the age of 13 is vital to us. In order to provide safe and better experience to younger users we collect only limited information (such as email, name, password, interest, and birthday) and personalize contents in our feed. We may also collect information like goe-location, search pattern in the platform, engagement behavior, IP address and in-app content engagement.

How do we use the information we collect?

We use the information we collect to provide and support our services. For example, we use username and password to authenticate Younger Users. We may use the information that is collected automatically to provide personalized content; serve contextual advertising; perform analytics and troubleshoot; protect the security or integrity of the user and our service; and ensure legal or regulatory compliance. Younger Users cannot publicly share personal information, including videos or profile information.

The platform otherwise is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we became aware that personal information has been collected on the platform from underage users we will delete this information and terminate the person’s account which do not have parental permission to access the platform. Underage user or their legal guardian can request to delete content or user account at any time necessary.

COPYRIGHT POLICY
In order to safeguard the intellectual property right of our user, we strongly suggest users to create/upload contents that they have made or have acquired authorization to use all or part of content material from the source. Postaam do not allow any content that infringes copyright. The use of copyrighted content of others without proper authorization or legally valid reason may lead to a violation of Postaam policies.

Postaam respects the intellectual property rights of others, following which if any user content that infringes another person’s work, can be removed from the service at sole judgment of Postaam. Further user can be suspended or banned to use Postaam service for multiple copyright violation. If you believe your content/material are used without permission, please report at support@postaam.com with proof.

TRADEMARK POLICY
A trademark is a unique symbol or word(s) used to represent a business or its products. Once registered, that same symbol or series of words cannot be used by any other organization, forever, as long as it remains in use and proper paperwork and fees are paid.

Trademark Infringement

Any unauthorized use of trademark or service mark is by law illegal and Postaam policy prohibits the unauthorized use which can lead to confusion, deception, goodwill or origin. User can lawfully comment, review, criticize or create fan page as long as user do not associate themselves with brand or otherwise violate the brand trademark right.

Any content that violates the trademark right may be taken down, along to account suspension and termination on sole judgment of Postaam. If you believe your trademark right is violated in any content/user profile contents, please report at support@postaam.com.

As Postaam user, if you have any question on copyright and trademark right on your content, we request users to take legal advice or contact copyright owner for permission to be safe. Postaam user are expected to be responsible for the content they post/create within our services.

GIG COPYRIGHT POLICY

Any content submitted are subject to be copyright free. Gig issuer may use the content as requirement. By applying in gig you agree that all contents are copyright free..

POSTAAM PAYMENT POLICY

Postaam payment policy governs all they monetization activities user takes participation in through our services (including affiliation, Postaam gigs, auto ads, and Postaam creators’ fund). This policy are subjected to terms of service and guidelines. Policies will remain in effect and continue to apply to Creator’s use of the Platform.

Payment policy will be activated as soon as user acquires approval from application to take part in any monetization feature of our service, and continue to be active unless user deactivates the monetization in the platform.

PAYMENT TERMS

All approved user are entitled to Postaam payment for lawful earning excluding:

• Artificially generated
• Paid or incentivized views
• Users own purchase of goods/service and views/leads
• Otherwise violation of terms
• Postaam creators has sole responsibility to any applicable taxes, commissions or any other expense liabilities from earning through our services.
• In order to withdraw from the platform users’ income should be equal or exceed to minimum payment threshold of Rs.1000.
• Creators must verify their identification at least once before processing for withdrawal.
• Creator must be age 18 or above to apply for monetization. For underage user, one must submit guardian approval to apply in any monetization feature of the service.
• Contents violating terms and guidelines are subjected to terminate any revenue generated from such action or material placed contents.
• Postaam auto ads revenue varies depending on location, content genre, seasons, ad-request fulfillment etc.
• Postaam users are offered monetization options through Postaam creators’ fund, Postaam business partners, Postaam marketing partners and any other collaborations. User can find what programs are active and how they can benefit from them through our service sections (affiliate library, Postaam gigs).

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Users and monetized profiles, acknowledge and agree that they are not Postaam employee and is not entitled to any benefits provided or rights guaranteed by Postaam. All users’ acts as Independent Contractor or freelancer working for and Postaam Business partners against commission, pay per work alongside Postaam partners program. At such all users are sole liable for any taxes and other expenses from any or all revenue they receive through the use of our service according to the user location and governing law.
