Introduction

Welcome to Postaam (the “Platform”), which is provided by Postaam Infosys Pvt. Ltd. (collectively such entities will be referred to as “Postaam”, “we” or “us”). Thank you for using the Postaam products, services and features provided to you from the platform (collectively, the “Service”).

The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take the time to read them carefully. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.

Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Postaam, that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. Your access to and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, the terms of which can be found directly on the Platform, or where the Platform is made available for download, on your mobile device’s applicable app store, and are incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Note: We update our Terms time to time. We suggest to check our terms in regular interval to make sure you are bale to accept our terms and if not we suggest you to stop using service immediately.

Using and access to use of our service

To access most of our service one must create an account in our system. Regular users can create account through our Postaam user application or website (Postaam.com) whereas business and partner account can be created through Postaam business app and Business.postaam.com website.

• You agree that you are solely responsible (to us and to others) for the activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, or if activities occur on your account which, in our sole discretion, would or might cause damage to or impair the Services or infringe or violate any third party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Your access to and user of the service is subject to following Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the service if you cannot agree to the terms, not of legal age (if you donot have parental permission)
• Create fake account, infringing other user’s information, impersonate other person or entity or affiliate others without permission.
• Upload contents or material that Intimidate or harass other people, promote sexually explicit material or violence, discrimination based on race, age, nationality, physical attributes, religion, health or disability, sexual orientation, promote of drugs, offensive materials, personal information, pornographic, criminal offense, bullying, distress, embarrassing or upsetting material to other users, threat, self-harm or otherwise dangerous activities with the platform.
• Use content material that you don’t have permission of.
• Use of material that violets copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property.
• Use other people’s information including email, number, address, contents etc without permission.
• Any activates that includes spamming, Trojans unauthorised advertisement, viruses, promotes pyramid schemes, harmful to Postaam user or Postaam itself.
• Use of automated script to collect any information or content from the platform.
• Provide comment, opinion, recommendation of which you are not qualified or have required licensed.
• Use of service without permission for the purpose of facilitating spam of data threats.
• Make unauthorised copy, modification, translate, reverse engineer, create any work of service or any content included, source code, algorithms, methods, techniques or any derivatives; that interfere our service, system, our network or bypass any measure we may use to prevent or restrict access to.circumvent, disable, fraudulently engage with, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Service (or attempt to do any of these things), including security-related features or features that (a) prevent or restrict the copying or other use of Content or (b) limit the use of the Service or Content;
• misuse any reporting, flagging, complaint, dispute, or appeals process, including by making groundless, vexatious, or frivolous submissions;

Material that is objectionable is in sole judgement of the Postaam. We reserve right to remove or disable access to our service at any time or without prior notice for any reason that doesn’t follow services guideline.

We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. As a condition of your access to and use of the Services, you agree to the terms of the Copyright Policy.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Postaam, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and advisors from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of a breach by you or any user of your account of these Terms or arising out of a breach of your obligations, representation and warranties under these Terms.

Postaam Contents

All promotional content, logo, images, photographs, trademarks, audio, video etc. are owned by Postaam and strictly prohibits its use in any way without permission. You cannot exploit the provided content, information from Postaam or Postaam partners for commercial use without permission. You acknowledge and agree that when you view content provided by others on the service you are doing so at your own risk, Before taking any action on basis of content of our service, we suggest obtaining professional advice.

We make no representation or guarantee, whether express or implied that any Postaam content is accurate. Any links, content, information in our service are no bound to pre-screening, monitor, review or edit.

User Generated Content

By acreating the account in Postaam services, you are permitted to upload, post, submit content, share content through the service. You are allowed to extract portion of other users content to create additional user content given that you have acquired permission to do so from respective user. You may also share the Postaam content to any other third party services.

You acknowledge and agree that all materials in your contents are on your own risk and you are liable to any legal action applicable solely. You also agree that all of your uploaded or submitted contents are non-confidential and non-proprietary and have necessary permission, clearance, authorization by the owner of any part of the content. You must not upload any content or part of the content of which you have not acquired permission to user or violets copyrights.

By using our service you grant us unconditional irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide licence to use, modify, reproduce, make derivative works of your contents to, publish, distribute, and authorise other user of service to view, access, use, modify and distribution to other third party services.

You acknowledge and agree that we may generate revenues, increase goodwill or otherwise increase our value from your use of services. You agree that we are not liable to pay royalties to any third party, expense or any bill of material used in your content.

Subject to the terms, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferrable, worldwide licence to access to use the services (download, access contents, monetization, receive works etc).

We hold right to share your identity if your uploaded content constitutes a violation of terms, privacy of others, intellectual Property rights etc. We hold right to remove any content or ban users from use of services violating any terms of service.

Users must:

• Secure password or account details at all time.
• Provide accurate information for monetization
• Not promote corruption, drugs, pornography, violence etc.

Failing to do so, Postaam have right to delete such content or user profile from accessing the services.

Other Terms

Security: We do not guarantee that our services will be completely secure and free from bugs or viruses.

Breach: In case of legal action by your breach of terms, we hold no liability to pay for any legal fees incurred. You agree to contact Postaam first for any event of dispute to maintain good faith to resolve dispute before taking legal/formal means of approach.

Gigs can be related to your daily lifestyle, freelance job or a way to utilize your planned things to do. Use gig wisely and get monetary freedom. These terms and conditions govern the use of services made available through Postaam.com or Postaam App for all gigs. Please go through following terms:

• Creators must receive KYC verification to access Postaam Gig feature.
• Applicant must be 16 years or above.
• Content Creators should always follow age guideline before accepting the gigs.
• Any or all contents submitted must follow provided guideline, or the submitted content will not be approved for applicable payment.
• Creator must submit content before provided time limit expires. If time exceeds gig will be assigned to another creator
• Unsuccessful submission of gig content multiple time within time limit can result in suspension or ban to engage in GIGS.
• You will have chance to revise your content if any mistake is found for limit set only.
• All approved contents will be posted in both creator and business profile. Business will have right to share the content in their social handles or website for advertisement and promotional use case.
• Approved contents cannot be deleted for minimum of 3 month period. So, apply to gigs you are comfortable with only.
• Make sure you have permission of people/business/place involved in content, before submitting content. Any legal issue relating to it will not be entertained by Postaam Infosys Pvt. Ltd.

• Setup your profile before applying with your creative contents.
• Share your profile and increase engagement, for high paying gigs.
• Always complete gigs before timeline to avoid suspensions.
• You will also be entitled to revenue from any sales received from the affiliated post submitted via Postaam Gigs.
• Review business issuing gigs, to understand business nature and product or service offered.
• Always create multiple content so that you can use it if your submitted content comes back for revision.

POSTAAM AFFILIATION GUIDELINES

Application

• User must have their profile information updated/completed before applying.
• User must have profile well made with atleast 15 contents showcasing content creation.
• Affiliation feature will be automatically be activated after KYC verification.

How to?

Upon acquiring application approval user can now monetize their contents through affiliation.

• Educate yourself on available products and services for affiliation via Affiliate Library.
• Affiliate product or service that matches your contents.
• Share your affiliated contents to other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram ETC. to maximize your visibility.
• Be consistent to build your profile via high engaging user contents.
